THE PERFECT CEVICHE
Ceviche is a traditional Peruvian dish, but the most awesome is that we can enjoy many kinds of ceviche around our amazing country, let´s talk about them:
Octopus ceviche: instead of white fish, it is prepared with tender octopus or boiled water to soften it.
Fish ceviche: It is made "with white fish of firm consistency and with a texture that can be kept hard, so that, with the citrus, the cubes are cooked on the outside but remain soft on the inside." That's where they come in: corvina, sole, silverside, mackerel, bonito, grouper, trout.}
Shrimp or prawn ceviche: typical in Ecuador, where they add tomato.
The tiradito: it is only distinguished by the fact that the fish is cut into slices as if it were sashimi, a Japanese influence from the 19th century that has led to Nikkei cuisine, and could be made with salmon, for example.
WHAT DO I EAT?
As you know my name is Roberto, I´d like to talk about my "healthy life style", in the morning, I use to eat some cereal with milk or maybe yogurt, sometimes just a cup of tea or coffee. Some people would say that´s not the best option, but c´mom, it doesn´t matter to me, maybe It´d help me.
For lunch I couldn´t say what I eat, every day lunch is something different, for example: some fruits, vegetables, or nothing.
For dinner, well, It´s complicated, because nobody cook at home, we usually buy anything to eat, for example: Chinese food, sea food, maybe local food, you know, not always we have the chance to do it as a family.
Finally, I really love desserts, I love it all. There´s not dessert I don´t like. Hope you enjoy this as much as I loved writing it. TPWK.
